Every other Wednesday, April 24-June 19, 11:00 am–12:00 pm

We are participating in Blue Sky Fibers’ Spring Hill Sweater Knit-Along!

From now through June, Blue Sky is hosting a global knit-along for their Spring Hill Sweater: a simple, timeless pullover knit with Blue Sky Fibers Organic Worsted Cotton. Perfect for spring!

We are inviting anyone who would like to participate to join us here at Cast Away and knit together.* We will be meeting every other Wednesday, from 11:00 am–12:00 pm, beginning April 24th. The dates are as follows:

  • April 24th
  • May 8th
  • May 22nd
  • June 5th
  • June 19th

To participate with us, you must buy your yarn here at Cast Away (in-store or online). We carry 46(!!) different colors of Blue Sky Organic Cotton. Plus, we will be providing the pattern for FREE to our participants! Feel free to bring snacks and drinks to share.

You will need:

If you can’t make it to the shop, you can still join in by buying the yarn online and checking in on our Facebook group, or simply knit it on your own time!

Blue Sky has an official Ravelry forum page as a home-base for all KAL participants. You can also post comments, questions, and progress photos there, as well as our Facebook group. You can post a photo of your finished sweater to the Ravelry forum or social media to be entered to win a grand prize! (If posting on social media, you must tag Blue Sky Fibers to be entered. We’d love for you to tag us as well, so we can see what you’ve made!)
